Here are some frequently asked questions that we hope they answer any questions you may have

Every product is shipped direct to you from the manufacturer to speed up wait times. We ask customers to allow for up to 40 days, but usually deliveries are within 15-20 days. As our manufacturers ship direct, we do not have options for next day or expedited delivery

This could be a 3D Secure payment option that some banks use. 3D Secure is an added layer of security for credit and debit card purchases online. If you have any problems or forget any information, please contact your bank.

Don’t worry, you will receive a confirmation of your order by email shortly after you have placed your order. Please allow up to 30 minutes for this to arrive … please also check your spam folder, just in case

To offer the extremely low prices we have on Wedding-Verse, our agreement with our Supplier Partners is that (a) they will supply each dress to order, (b) they will ship direct to our customers, and (c) they will not accept returns. 

However if the wrong product, wrong colour, or wrong size has been shipped, will will of course processes a full refund on receipt of unused/undamaged goods.

We offer refunds only on products which are defective, or sent by mistake.

  • IF the return is valid, we will send you the address to return your item(s)
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Please complete this form BEFORE returning any items
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed
  • Shoes must be tried on indoors.
  • Items must have all tags attached.

Any return queries regarding slight design differences (from the manufacturers images we use on our website) or workmanship, quality, will not be eligible for an immediate refund. In these rare circumstances you will need to ship the product to Wedding Verse in the first instance. We will then ship the product to the relevant manufacturer as a return. The manufacturer will evaluate the validity of the return and inform us within 14 days of the outcome. Dependent on their reply, we will then notify you of a refund or re-return.

Please note the majority of dresses have size guides included in the descriptions

We do not have a retail store, we are an online business only

As per our returns policy, we do not re-sell pre-worn / tried items, so we cannot supply multiple ‘try on’ items. Please check our Sizing Guide carefully then order the correct size. 


On the extremely rare case that one of our suppliers have shipped the wrong product or size or colour to you (than what you ordered), we will

(1) offer you a full refund (inc shipping) OR the full amount as credit on Wedding-Verse. Please complete the Returns Form HERE

(2) if you still require the original product, please complete the Returns Form HERE and return ship to us. We will then order the replacement for you. You will NOT be charged for the second delivery

Please get measured properly before ordering. If you are in any doubt, we suggest you order your size + 1 (for example if you ‘think’ you are a size 12, order a size 14 … you can always have the dress altered locally if needed)

Before ordering any dress we suggest visiting a bridal shop in person and trying on some styles to see what suits your figure and taste, then find a similar style on Wedding-Verse to order.

At Wedding-Verse we source as many styles of dresses as possible and the stock is constantly changing. 

We only accept returns with a completed Returns Form and we have agreed the reason is valid.

We only supply the correct return address after a return has been agreed. If you have returned any items before informing us then they will not be received at the correct address and we cannot accept the return.

Because dresses are made to order we allow a cancellation period of 24 hours from when any order is placed. Contact us via email within this time frame if you wish to cancel. 


If we receive a cancellation request after the 24 hour time frame then a refund won’t be processed as your order will have been started.

Someone will be available to answer questions via WhatsApp Monday to Saturday, 9am – 5pm. Any questions outside of these hours will be answered the next working day.  Please note this WhatsApp number is only used for messaging, calls will not be answered


Please refrain from using WhatsApp to ask for tracking details of your items. 


Dresses are made to order, however they are made to the individual images and descriptions. Our Suppliers will not alter the style of dresses as this will effect the fit and look.

Please note all dress photos are realistic images of the dress and are true to life.

Dresses are made to order. If a specific item is showing as out of stock or has been removed this means the manufacturing partner has a lot of orders and no additional capacity for manufacture for the moment – Dresses will appear back in stock when we can take more orders.

Our partner manufacturers are not exclusive to Wedding-Verse, so it is possible you find one of the dresses listed on another website, using the same stock photographs they send to us

Being as  ALL items are shipped direct from the manufacturers we do not have the ability to send samples. 

ALL dresses are made to order but will show stock levels. This is purely so no one manufacturer has more dresses on order then they can fulfil at a time.
